The Ise-Shima Skyline is a 16km toll ridge road linking Ise, home of Japan's holiest shrine, with the pearl-diving port of Toba over the 555m summit of Mt Asama. Sweeping curves, a mountaintop temple, and continuous views over island-dotted Ise Bay. Motorcycles over 125cc are welcome.
