The pilgrimage road to Kedarnath, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, following the Mandakini through Garhwal's river confluences. From Rishikesh the route passes Devprayag and Rudraprayag before climbing to Guptkashi and the roadhead at Gaurikund, where the trek to the shrine begins.
