Atlanterhavsvegen is an 8 km coastal road connecting eight small islands via eight bridges in Møre og Romsdal county. Storm waves routinely wash over the road in winter; in summer it's a serene glide over open ocean with fishing villages, seabirds, and the occasional seal. Named Norway's Construction of the Century.
