Roing to Anini — Mayodia Pass & the Dibang Valley.
A remote two-day climb from the humid Dibang plains over the snowbound Mayodia Pass (2,655 m) to Anini, headquarters of one of India's least-visited districts. NH-313 turns to rough unpaved surface above Roing and the pass holds snow from November to March. Sparse fuel, sparser people — pure frontier Himalaya. Inner Line Permit required.
