Iron Mountain Road — Black Hills.

Engineered in the 1930s specifically to frame Mount Rushmore, Iron Mountain Road is a 17-mile masterpiece: three tunnels (each framing a presidential view), four pigtail bridges that spiral over themselves, and switchbacks so tight they loop back on the road below. It's the most intentionally cinematic road in America.
