CA-2 climbs from La Cañada Flintridge into the San Gabriel Mountains, peaking at Mt. Waterman (8,038 ft) before descending to Wrightwood — 66 miles of sustained technical canyon riding above the LA basin. The upper sections are high-alpine; the lower stretches are tight canyon carving. On a clear day the Pacific is visible from the ridge. It's Los Angeles's best-kept moto secret.
