A two-day loop from Surat Thani into the heart of Khao Sok National Park — Thailand's oldest rainforest at 160 million years — and Cheow Lan Lake, an emerald reservoir studded with limestone karst peaks often compared to China's Guilin. Day 1 rides west into the rainforest with an overnight at Khao Sok Village. Day 2 crosses east to the Ratchaprapha Dam pier for boat trips on the lake before returning to Surat Thani.
