A two-day Andaman escape combining Krabi's karst country with the laid-back length of Koh Lanta. Day one rolls past the limestone cliffs of Ao Nang, south through oil-palm and rubber plantations, then onto the short car ferry and across the Siri Lanta Bridge to the island, ending among the century-old stilt shophouses of Lanta Old Town. Day two explores the island's south — Kantiang Bay and the lighthouse at Mu Ko Lanta National Park — before the beach road carries you back to Saladan for the ferry home. Best November–April; the national park road is steep and broken in places.
