Marrakech to Imlil — Gateway to Mount Toubkal.
The classic ride from the Marrakech plains up into the High Atlas to Imlil, the trailhead village for Jbel Toubkal (4,167m), North Africa's highest peak. Smooth tarmac climbs through the Moulay Brahim gorges and the market town of Asni before the road narrows into a tight, scenic ascent to Imlil at 1,740m. A perfect half-day escape from the city heat.
