Llanberis Pass — Slate CliffsScenic Point · The pass narrows dramatically with Dinas Cromlech crag on the left — world-famous rock climbing routes on these walls.

Pen-y-Pass Summit — 359mMountain Pass · The col between Snowdon and the Glyderau. Walkers' car park at the top. View back down the pass is superb.

Capel CurigEnd · End at Capel Curig — a small climbing and walking village. The Plas y Brenin outdoor centre is here. Continue on the A5 to Betws-y-Coed for a full Snowdonia loop.
