How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your MotoVault account directly from the app:

1. Open MotoVault and go to your Profile tab.
2. Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Data.
3. Tap "Delete My Account".
4. Confirm the deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your email address and profile information
• All motorcycles in your garage and their maintenance history
• Your learning progress, quiz scores, and earned badges
• AI diagnostic history and uploaded photos
• All preferences and settings

Data Retention After Deletion

Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Backup copies are removed within 90 days. Some data may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form for analytics, or as required by law.

Alternative: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing privacy@motovault.app from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
